Tank straps

Depending on the models, SCUBAPRO BCs feature one of the following tank fastening systems
(see complete manual on www.scubapro.com):
• Super Cinch Q.A. (quick adjustment) strap.
• Standard Cinch.
• Quick Cinch
• Additional tank strap (some models).
• Quick-fastening system for two-tank set (some models).
! WARNING
To prevent accidental loss of the tank, ensure the strap is done up tightly enough so that
the tank cannot move or slide on the BC.
Failure to do so could result in injury or death.
! WARNING
Soak the webbing of the SCUBA air tank strap and then tighten prior to each use of the
BC. Webbing may stretch when initially exposed to water. Failure to soak the webbing
may allow the tank strap to loosen around the SCUBA air tank.
! WARNING
Check the correct positioning and the correct tightening of the tank straps before starting to dive.
! WARNING
Check the label sewn into your BC (or the complete manual at www.scubapro.com) for
the maximum tank size that can be used with your model and your size.
