Pump maintenance
Clean/service the multi-vane vortex impeller:
▶ Check that the moving parts are free to move. ➊
▶ Check that the float switch can move.
▶ Remove the intake cage.
▶ Remove the spiral housing.
▶ Check the multi-vane vortex impeller for deformation and ease of
movement.
▶ Clear the ventilation pipe. ➋
▶ Clean moving components.
▶ Clean the exposed multi-vane vortex impeller using a water bath.
▶ Wipe the float switch down with a damp cloth.
▶ Assemble the pump again in reverse order.
