c) Switching on the Transmitter
• When the rechargeable batteries are charged or new batteries are inserted,
attach the transmitter antenna if you haven't already done so.
• Turn on the transmitter, slide the on/off switch (see fig. 1, pos 11) upwards
towards the label "ON" on the switch.
• The transmitter emits a signal tone and the self-test runs in the display, see
fig. 4.
• If the self-test is passed, the normal display content will appear, see fig. 5.

If the power supply falls below 9.0V, you should change the batteries for new /charged ones in order to
ensure safe operation.
d) Activating Menu Functions, Using Menu
The four operating buttons (see figure 1, pos. 9) allow you to carry out all the settings in the transmitter menus. Unlike
normal, more simple transmitters with and LC display, this transmitter offers graphic display so that operation remains
very simple despite the extensive functions.
• With the "ENTER" button you can enter the menu to select functions, this button also serves to confirm your settings.
• The two buttons on the left "+" and "-" can be used to select one of the 20 functions in the main menu, these buttons
also allow you to set/adjust values.
• Briefly pressing the "EXIT" button exits the menu displayed currently by the transmitter.
