NOTE
Ensure that the rotation speed stated on

the tool is the same or higher than the
nominal idle speed of the product.
Ensure that the tool dimensions match
u
those of the product.
Only use flawless discs (ringing test:
u
when you strike the grinding disc with
a plastic hammer, it results in a clear
sound).
Never re-drill a locating hole which is too
u
small to make it larger.
Never use separate bushings or adapters
u
in order to make grinding discs with a
hole that is too large fit the product.
Do not use any saw blades.
u
To clamp the grinding tools only use the
u
clamping flange provided. The pads
between the clamping flange and the
grinding tools must be made of elastic
materials e.g., rubber, soft cardboard etc.
Reassemble the product completely after
u
replacing the tool.

Switch off the product and remove
the mains plug. Allow the product to
cool down.

Wear protective gloves when
changing the tool so as to avoid
injuries from cuts.

Make sure that the mains supply voltage

1. Connect the mains plug
socket-outlet.
2. To start, push the on/off switch
forwards along the product before pressing
it into the product's grip surface.
3. After switching on the product, wait until the
device has reached its max. speed. Only
then should you start with the work.
4. To switch off, release the on/off switch. The
product switches off.

The tool still runs even after the product

has been switched off. Risk of injury.
Setting the rotational speed
Set the speed regulator

between 1 and 6.
Trial run
Always carry out a trial run without a load
o
before carrying out your first procedure as
well as after every tool change. Switch the
product off immediately if the tool is not
rotating smoothly, if considerable vibration
occurs, or if you hear abnormal noises.
