2. Intended Use
The McCrypt "IN THE MIX" DJ set is a semi-professional double-CD-player with integrated mixing console. The
device is used to play and mix low-level audio signals. This device is designed for home use as well as for semi-
professional use.
The low-level audio output signal must be transferred to an external amplifier.
This product is approved for connection to 110 - 240V~/50/-60Hz AC only.
It is intended for indoor use only. Do not use it outdoors. Contact with moisture, e.g. in bathrooms, must be avoi-
ded.
The unauthorized conversion and/or modification of the product is inadmissible for safety and approval reasons
(CE). Any use other than that described above will damage the product and may involve other risks such as short-
circuits, fire and electric shock etc. No part of the product may be modified or converted and the housing may not
be opened !
The safety instructions have to be observed under all circumstances!
3. Explanation of Symbols
This symbol on the device indicates that the user should read these operating instructions prior to
using the product.
A lightning-bolt symbol in a triangle indicates a health hazard, e.g. danger of electric shock. The devi-
ce contains no parts that require servicing by the user. Therefore, never open the device.
The arrow symbol indicates special advice and operating information.
The exclamation mark indicates important notes in these operating instructions that should always be
observed.
