Your coffee pad machine is equipped with several functions which reduce energy consumption.
4.1
If you have not used the appliance for about 5 minutes, sleep mode will be activated automatically. The
ready indicator will then flash slowly in red.

The ready indicator lights up red because the appliance is heating up. When the machine is ready to
brew, the ready indicator lights up white.
4.2
If you have not used the appliance for about 30 minutes, the off mode will be activated automatically. In
this mode, power consumption is less than 0.5 Watts.
The appliance already meets the more stringent requirements of Eco-design Directive 2009/125/EC
to apply from 2013 with respect to the power consumption of electrical household appliances when
switched off.
4.3
If you intend to switch off the appliance after making a beverage of your choice, you can choose to
activate eco-brewing when you begin. This avoids reheating the coffee unnecessarily.
