We recommend a temperature setting on the PID of 124°C at about 1.25 bar, which corresponds to an outlet
temperature of about 94°C (121°F). If the temperature is set lower, there will not be enough pressure to foam
milk
Please note that after changing the steam temperature on the display, it takes a certain
amount of time for the corresponding temperature to be reached on the brewing group.
To adjust the temperature please follow the instructions below:

Switch the machine on in order to activate the boiler. The temperature
of the boiler is of no importance in programming. The heater is
inactive during programming.

at the same time until 't1' (boiler) appears on the
display,

in order to progress to the submenu of 't1' and to change the
temperature value. The nominal temperature value is displayed.

Quickly press

to decrease

to increase
the temperature value.

Please wait a short while after having set the temperature ;
until 't1' is displayed.

to leave the programming mode.

You can also set whether the temperature value of "t1" should be displayed in °C or °F.
To adjust this setting, proceed as follows:
