b) Connecting the voltage supply
The mains outlets to which the record player is connected must be easily accessible to quickly
separate the device from the mains voltage in case of an error.
Be careful when handling the mains cables and mains connection. Mains voltage can lead to a
fatal electric shock.
Make sure that no cable lies around openly. Install cables professionally to prevent accidents.
Make sure that all electrical connections and connection cables between the different devices
and any extension cables comply with the regulations and the operating instructions.
IMPORTANT! Ensure before connecting the device to the mains voltage that the voltage selec-
tor below the turntable is in the correct position for your mains voltage (see "Installation").
Setting the wrong voltage can result in irreparable damage to the device and exposes the user
to risks.
• Plug the power plug into a wall socket.
• The POWER switch (6) is used to switch the record player on and off:
ON: The appliance is switched on
PHONO/LINE

OFF: the appliance is switched off
