Spare parts are ordered via local specialist retailers
and/or Wilo customer service. To avoid queries
and incorrect orders, all data on the rating plate
should be submitted for each order.

Causes
Foreign matter in the pump
Pump not running smoothly
Cable terminals loose
Pump not adequately secured to the
container
Bearing surface is not solid enough
Inadequate voltage

Bearing damaged
Ambient temperature too high
Geodesic head > 1000 m
Motor protection (DM version) is set too

One phase (DM version) is interrupted
Motor-protective circuit-breaker defec-

Gas supply pressure in diaphragm pres-
sure vessel too low
Diaphragm of the diaphragm pressure
vessel defective
Remedy
Remove the foreign matter
Check smooth running of the pump/
motor
Check cable terminals of the motor and
secure
Tighten fastening screws
Stabilise the bearing surface
Check voltage
Clean pump
Clean pump
Have the pump repaired by Wilo cus-
tomer service
Improve the cooling and perform a
restart after cooling down.
Pump is only approved for geodesic head
< 1000 m
Adjust setting of motor protection to
rated motor current
Check, renew cable if necessary
Renew motor-protective circuit-breaker
Have the motor replaced by Wilo cus-
tomer service
Check gas supply pressure in diaphragm
pressure vessel and correct it
Have the diaphragm or diaphragm pres-
sure vessel replaced by Wilo customer
