Switch on the ECU
Without remote controller
After turning on the battery power, the ECU will be activated and 1 beep will be audible. If the remote controller
has not been recognized, the ECU will turn into sleeping mode. Power consumption in standby mode will be 90mA.
With controller
When the remote controller has been recognized, the ECU will be activated.The ECU will test the Relay and Fets
by switching the relay on and off.After 1 beep the cool fan's will be activated.Power consumption will be 330mA.
When the remote controller has been switched off, the ECU will enter automatically into the standby mode.
Safety features of the ECU
Switching off the remote controller
When you switch off the remote controller the ECU will enter automatically into standby mode.
The remote controller will automatically shut off after a time out of 60 seconds.
Temperature protection
The ECU will enter the error mode when the PC board has reached a temperature of +/- 75 degrees. See also
the summary of errors.The ECU will reset automatically when the temperature drops with 15 degrees.
Low voltage protection
The ECU will enter the error mode when the voltage drops under 8,5Volt. See error summary.
After 30 seconds the ECU will reset in case the voltage becomes higher than 8,5 volt.
