5. ELECTRONIC CONNECTIONS
IMPORTANT!
Before you begin with the installation of the electronic parts, be sure that the battery has been disconnected
to prevent short circuits during installation.
•
Place the ECU (as close as possible near the battery) on the inside of the caravan. Put the antenna in a
vertical position. The connection points on the ECU are clearly marked, (see fig.13) The battery positive +
is the RED wire and negative - is the BLACK wire. The positive + marked points is the green (L.motor) or
yellow wire (R.motor) and the negative – is the brown (R.motor) or blue wire (L.motor).
•
Lead the cables through the supplied flexible protection hose and tie them against the chassis. Use the
supplied tie wraps. Be sure that the cabling has been tied securely, to avoid cable damage.
•
The connection points on the ECU are clearly marked, positive is red and negative the black cable.
DO NOT shorten the cables and be sure that the colors of the motor cables are together.
If wrongly connected, the electronic ECU will be destroyed immediately

Place the warning sticker "Release rollers" near the tow coupling of the caravan.

Easymatic connections and functions
• 2x 6mm

cables, red and a brown 6 mm
and the brown one to the - pole of the battery.
• 2x 1mm

cables, yellow and green have to be connected on the ECU. The yellow on pin 9, the green on pin 7.
• 1x 1mm

red wire to be connected from the positive of the battery to pin 8 on the electronic ECU with
a 10 Amp. fuse. Connect the power main switch between the RED cable as shown on the picture below.
• The purple and brown cable goes to the poles + and - of the caravan connector. (Safety feature).
