Mounting clamps
• Be sure that the distance between the drive roller and the caravan tyre is 1.5 cm. Use the supplied
distance measuring block.
• When everything is in one straight line and the distance between the drive roller and tyre is 1.5 cm,
you can fasten the bolts A and B using a torque of 70 Nm.
(Please mind: a loaded caravan may influence the distance between drive rollers and tyres)
• Check now if the distance between the drive roller and the tyre is still the same. Correct the distance
if needed.
• When the distance is OK, you can fasten the bolts C using a torque of 70 Nm, these bolts prevent the system
from sliding on the chassis. In some cases the M10 mm flat washers have to be removed to get maximum
pressure on the caravan chassis.
• Fasten the bolts of the connection bar with 25 Nm.
