To remove the transportation blocks, unscrew the locking bolts as
shown on the photo (see fig. 10), using the correct size torque
wrench.
Remove the protection covers from the pipes. Be careful that dirt
or other foreign material does not enter the pipes. This will cause
damage to the hydraulic system.
The drawing shows clearly that the on-even numbers go on the top
and the even numbers go on the bottom of the distribution block.
The pipes are marked 11-12-13 and 14.On the drawing shows clearly
11
marked that the on-even numbers go on top and the even
numbers go on the bottom of the distribution block (See fig. 12).
When the pump has been installed, you must check if the system
is not leaking. Connect the red + and the brown – cables of the
hydraulic pump on the battery. Connect the green or yellow cable
12
to the positive + pole of the battery to activate the pump unit.
Let the hydraulic pump run for a couple seconds to bleed the
system and to check if the pipes are not leaking.
Check if the total system has been installed properly!
Be sure no dirt is coming in the openings. This may damage
the system. Turn the bolts, but not completely, a few turns
should be enough to remove the transportation blocks.
Be sure that the pipes are put straight in the system.
Do not use any tools for mounting the pipes, light pressure is
enough to put the pipes in the system.
