First usage
Set the on / off switch on the back of the treadmills motor cover to "I". Then place
the key with the safety rope into the provided slot in the middle of the keypad and
attach the clip on the other end to your clothes. You are now ready to train. You have
a choice of six different types of training programs:

Training by an app from your smartphone or tablet by connecting it to the TM2000i
via bluetooh
Quick START
Press START, to start directly from lowest speed and incline level of the treadmill.
Use the speed or incline keys to set the speed or incline to your preference. During
the training sessions you're able to change the speed or incline at any moment. All
the training values on the display start to count your progress.
Cooling down program
After a you have completed a training session the TM2000i will automatically start
the cooling down program. If you don't want to use the cooling down program press
STOP to skip the program. After 2 minutes of finishing the cooling down program the
treadmill automatically go into idle mode.
P1 Manual program
To start a MANUAL PROGRAM (P1) press the PROGRAM button on the keypad once,
then press ENTER and follow the next steps:
1. Set your weight with the INCLINE pq or SPEED pq keys and confirm with
ENTER.
2. Set your target time with the INCLINE pq or SPEED pq keys and confirm with
ENTER.
3. Set your target distance with the INCLINE pq or SPEED pq keys and confirm
with ENTER.
4. Set your target burned calories with the INCLINE pq or SPEED pq keys and
confirm with ENTER.
5. Press START to begin your training session
All set values will start to countdown. The training session is finished when one of
the set values reaches zero and the TM2000i will automatically start the cooling
down program.
