4.1 Assembly
Step 1: Assemble the console support post
This chapter describes the assembly of the treadmill. First remove all part from the
box and make sure that there is enough space to assemble the treadmill. Due to
safety reasons and damage prevention we advise you to assemble this product with
two persons.
1. Place the main frame in a location with enough free space so you can assemble
the product.
2. Slide the left protective cover on the left console support post tube, do the same
for the right tube and cover
3. Place the left tube with cover into the main frame.
4. Assemble the tube to the main frame by fastening the M8x15 bolts (art. 3-16) and
M8 washers (art. 3-13).
5. Fasten the protective cover with the M4x10 bolts (art. 3-8).
6. Place the right tube (with date cable) into the mainframe.
7. Important: Make sure to connect the data cables before assembling the tube to
the main frame.
8. Assemble the right tube and protective cover the same way as the left tube and
cover.
Important: do not fully tighten the bolts.
