Chassis adjustment
To achieve an optimal grinding result the chassis has to be adjusted in its
position to the current inclination adjustment of the floor guiding device and
to the rate of wear on the grinding wheel (height of the grinding segments).
For this open the screw (7) with the Allen screw SW 8 fixed at the column of
the floor guiding device. Make sure that the grinding wheel rests holohedral
on the floor by pressing on the motor. Now control that the wheels of the
chassis rest on the floor.
If necessary adjust the position of the chassis and close the screw.
For grinding near to the edge the handle
(2) can be moved laterally.
For this open the clamp lever (3), move
the handle to the left and close the
clamp lever.
The floor guiding device can be
adjusted in its height and inclination to
your needs.
For this open the clamp lever (6) and
turn the floor guiding device in the
desired position and close the clamp
lever.
To transport the machine in vehicles
the floor guidng device can be tilt back
to the ground.
Before, pull the extraction hose from
the nozzle at the hood.
