5. Installatie en inbedrijfstelling
De installatie van het apparaat moet worden uitge-
voerd
door
dienovereenkomstig
vakpersoneel in overeenstemming met de geldende
normen en voorschriften.
Het apparaat mag alleen geïnstalleerd en in bedrijf
gesteld worden als de gebruiker:
• niet onder invloed van drugs, alcohol of
medicijnen is
• niet onder invloed is van andere verslavende
middelen
• geestelijk en lichamelijk in staat is gevaarvrij te
bedienen.
HOTMOBIL wijst elke verantwoordelijkheid voor
schade door installatiefouten af.
Voor elke installatie moet worden gecontroleerd
of het volume van het expansievat van het appa-
raat voldoende is om het op de bestaande ver-
warmingsinstallatie aan te sluiten. Indien nodig
moet een extra expansievat worden geïnstalleerd.
Bij
aansluiting
op
installaties
zuurstofdichte kunststof buis moet een systeem-
scheiding door middel van een warmtewisselaar
worden gemaakt.
5.1. Restmateriaal verwijderen
De mobiele elektrische verwarmingsketel MEZ
doorloopt
na
de
productie
onderhoudsservice. Ondanks deze service kan de
vorming van restmateriaal in het apparaat niet
volledig worden vermeden, daar het tijdstip van
levering vaak niet overeenkomt met het tijdstip van
gebruik.
Verwijder voor elke inbedrijfstelling van het
apparaat mogelijk restmateriaal door vakkundig
te spoelen.
VOORZICHTIG! Beschadiging van het appa-
raat en het verwarmingssysteem door niet
volledig verwijderd restmateriaal in het
apparaat!
Restmateriaal in het apparaat en in het
verwarmingssysteem kunnen het apparaat en
het verwarmingssysteem beschadigen.
Spoel het apparaat en het verwarmingssys-
teem voor inbedrijfstelling om restmate-
riaal volledig te verwijderen.
5.2. Eisen aan de installatieplaats
Het apparaat mag alleen in een ruimte wordt
geïnstalleerd die wat betreft de locatie, grootte,
soort gebouw en aard van gebruik geschikt is en
daaruit geen gevaar kan ontstaan. Het moet zo
gedimensioneerd zijn dat het apparaat correct
geïnstalleerd, gebruikt en in stand gehouden kan
worden.
Het apparaat alleen plaatsen op een vaste, vlakke
ondergrond.
Zorg ervoor dat in geval van afblazen van het
veiligheidsventiel het afgetapte water gevaarloos
weg kan stromen.
Het apparaat moet zo worden geplaatst dat altijd
een ongehinderde toegang gewaarborgd is. De
afmetingen van het apparaat zijn te vinden bij de
Technische gegevens. Verder moet om het apparaat
een minimumafstand van 50 cm aangehouden.
5. Installation and Commissioning
The mobile electrical heating unit must be installed
gekwalificeerd
by a suitably qualified expert according to the
applicable standards and regulations.
The mobile electrical heating unit may only be
installed and commissioned if the operator:
• Is not under the influence of drugs, alcohol or
medicine
• Is not under the influence of other intoxicating
substances
• Is mentally and physically capable of safely operat-
ing the device.
HOTMOBIL cannot be held responsible for damage
due to installation errors.
Prior to every installation, you have to check
whether the expansion tank volume of the mobile
electrical heating unit is sufficient for connection
to the existing heating system. If required, an ad-
ditional expansion tank must be installed.
In case of connection to systems with permeable

plastic pipes, a system separation using a heat
exchanger is required.
5.1. Removal of Residues
The MEZ mobile electrical heating unit is generally
subjected to a maintenance procedure after manu-

Remove any residues by flushing thoroughly

5.2. Site Requirements
The mobile electrical heating unit may only be
installed in a space that is suitable in terms of
position, size, con-struction properties and type of
use and where risks cannot arise. It must be designed
in such a way that the device can be properly in-
stalled, operated and serviced.
Only install the mobile electrical heating unit on
stable and level ground.
Ensure that any water that may be discharged by the
safety valve can drain without creating a hazard.
The mobile electrical heating unit must be placed in
such a way that unrestricted access is ensured at all
times. The dimensions of the mobile electrical
heating unit can be found in the Technical Data.
Furthermore, a minimum distance of 50 cm must be
kept free on each side of the mobile electrical
heating unit.
5. Installation et mise en service

surface ferme et plane. Veillez, en cas de décharge
de la soupape de sécurité, à ce que l'eau puisse
s'écouler sans que cela ne représente un danger.

techniques pour connaître les dimensions de l'unité

Rincez l'unité de chauffage électrique
mobile ainsi que le système de chauffage
avant la mise en service d'afin d'éliminer
les résidus.
