3.5 Use of the computer

Pulse / Calories
This value will show your
current heart rate in Beats per
minute or an indication of the
burned or remaining Calories
Incline
This value show the current
incline level
Start
Use this key to start a
trainings program
Incline quick keys
Press on the 3 or 5 key to directly
go to this incline level
Standby
After 4 minutes of inactivity the computer will automatically turn into standby mode.
Press one of the SPEED or INCLINE buttons to wake the computer from standby.
End a training session
During an exercise you are able to stop the training by pressing the STOP key on the
computer or pulling out the safety key.
Time / Program
This value shows the current
program, remaining or elapsed
time

Use this key to select your
preferred trainings program

This values shows the current
mode, remaining or elapsed
