Rinse the broccoli and clean it.
Place in a glass oven dish with
lid. Add 2 tablespoons (for 0.2 -
0.3 kg) or 3 to 4 tablespoons (for
0.3 - 0.4 kg) of water. Place the
bowl with lid in the centre of the
baking tray. Stir well after cooking.

it. Place the caulifl ower in
a glass oven dish with lid. Add 2
tablespoons (for 0.2 - 0.3 kg) or 3
to 4 tablespoons (for 0.3 - 0.4 kg)
of water. Place the bowl with lid
in the centre of the baking tray.
Stir well after cooking.

them. Rub the potatoes with olive
oil and prick the skin with a fork.
Place them in the bowl with lid and
let the dish stand for 3 - 5 minutes
after cooking.
