2-point controller:
The fan is switched on and off by the room temperature controller
built into the appliance, according to heat demand.
1
Proportional controller (factory setting):
The speed of the fan motors is adjusted to the heat demand by the
room temperature controller built into the appliance.
P8: Reducing the switch-off temperature
Using parameter P8, four different charging levels for the electron-
ic charge controller (100 %, 90 %, 80 % or 70 %) can be selected,
in conjunction with the adjustable connected load. The factory
setting is 100 % (no reduction).
If a different setting is selected, a reduced charge level results
(reduced switch-off temperature of the electronic charge control-
ler). See chapter "Specification / Reducing connected load while
maintaining nominal charge duration of 8 hours".

system. The charge volume is controlled via the charge level re-
ducer.
2
The charge control cable is connected to an AC control signal
(factory setting).
3
The charge control cable is connected to a DC control signal.
P15: Source of low tariff enabling
options
description

Permanently enabled (factory setting):
The heating elements in the appliance are switched on when the
heating contactor and the electronic charge controller enable
charging.
1
LF hardware signal:
The heating elements in the appliance are not switched on until
the LF from the power supply utility has been enabled and the
electronic charge controller has enabled charging.
P17: Duty cycle
The charge control cable must be connected to an AC control signal
(alternating voltage signal at terminals A1 and A2).
The electronic charge controller in the appliance can be operated
by charge control systems with duty cycles of 80 %, 72 %, 68 %,
40 % and 37 %. The factory setting is designed for duty cycles
of 80 %.
If the appliance is operated with other duty cycles, this parameter
must be adjusted to the appropriate percentage.
