Carefully clean the valve with
water.

Re-assemble and replace the
emulsifying group onto the carafe.
Warning: make sure that the
emulsifying group is correctly
inserted in the tube located
inside the carafe.
Warning: only use the milk carafe if intact and if all components are correctly installed.
Clean the connector with a damp cloth. For thorough cleaning, fi ll the clean carafe with water and dispense steam
(follow the instructions from point 2 to point 6 at page 15).The carafe and the emulsifying group's components may
be washed in a dish-washer for home use.

Check if the valve is correctly
cleaned by slightly squeezing it
on the sides.
It is advisable to use a clean and
properly dry valve.

Assemble the handle.
Place the upper part as shown in
the fi gure.
To guarantee better results, before starting to prepare a cappuccino press
2-3 times the fast cleaning button.
It is advisable to regularly perform the cleaning of the Milk Island after
every use.

Thoroughly clean the product
selection lever.

Keep the upper part in contact
and insert the lower part of the
handle.
Firmly press to join both parts.
