18.2 Cleaning
Remove the used extensions from the device and clean all parts that had contact with food
in hot soapy water. Clean all parts directly after use. After the cleaning in the soapy rinse
the parts thoroughly with hot water and dry them directly after this with a soft cloth.
Wipe the motor unit with a damp soft cloth.
19 Troubleshooting
This chapter provides you with important notices with regard to operating the device.
Observe the following notices to avoid dangers and damages:
19.1 Security advices
► Repairs of electrical appliances must be carried out by qualified person who are trained
by the manufacturer.
► Repairs performed by untrained persons may result in considerable hazards for the user
and damage the machine.
19.2 Troubleshooting
Problem
The device does not start.
The device stoped.
► If above mentioned steps don't solve the problem, please contact your customer
service.
► Clean the device before you send it to customer service.

Solution
Please check whether the power plug is properly plugged.
Please check whether the assembly is done according to
assembly methods.
The device is overheated. Switch of the device, unplug the
cord. Disassemble the device and remove all ingredients
from the device. Let it cool down for 60 minutes.
Contact customer service if overheating system is activated
too often.
