Plug in the power plug and turn the knob to 0 press button
desired speed level (0-Max), example for Manual Mode.
Speed level P = the device is working on highest speed level as long you hold the knob in
position P.
► If you want to add ingredients during operation you
can add them through the opening in the lid of the
mixing bowl (figure A18). Turn the knob to position 0
and add your desired ingredients.
Attention
► Stay away from the opening in the lid of the mixing bowl during operation. Ingredients
could splash out.
17.4 Operation of the blender extension
Cut the ingredients into large pieces and give them into the blender extension, then place
the lid. Plug in the power plug and turn the knob to 0 press button
the desired speed level (0-Max), example for Manual Mode.

17.5 Operation of the grater extension
Cut the ingredient into larger pieces and place them into the feeding tube and push the
ingredients carefully down with the pusher.
Plug in the power plug and go on as described for the blender extension.
17.6 Operation of the mincer
Prepare the meat to pieces. Remove all bones, gristle, sinews. Do not use frozen meat.
Let frozen meat thaw completely.Enter the meat in the filling bowl. Slide the meat gently
with the pusher into the head tube. If you want to produce tartare, you should mince the
meat 2 times by using the medium cutting plade.
Plug in the power plug and go on as described for the blender extension.
