17.7 Making sausage
You need the sausage accessory. Place the snake as usual with the
thicker end first into the head tube. Insert the blade with cutting plate on
the snake. Then place the sausage accessory on blade and cutting
plate. Tigthen the fixing ring. Enter your already minces and spices filling
for the sausages on hopper plate and push in gently with pusher into the
head tube. Soak the sausage skin in water for at least 10 minutes before
you fill them. Clutch the sausage skin of the sausage accessory and use
the device as usual. If sausce skin gets stuck onto sausace accessory
then wet it with some water.
17.8 Processing dough for example spritz biscuit
a) Place the dough accessory on blade and cutting plate. Tigthen the fixing ring .
b) Slide the pattern for spritz biscuit through the dough accessory.
c) Place the hopper plate as usual on head tube and use the pusher to push the dough in
the fead tube.

► Do not use iron brush, abradant, kitchen cleaner, or sharp cleaning tool for cleaning.
► Do not use any aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents or solvents.
► The drums of the grater, the blade of the mincer and the blades of the blender are
sharp, be careful when you need to touch them. Be careful when you handle the blades
when emptying or cleaning the extensions.
