The IO connector enables you to communicate with
external devices. Use a screwdriver to push the spring-
loaded terminal downwards to connect or disconnect
cables. Details and application examples for wiring the
IO-Connector can be found in the RouterNode-2
manual.
Changes in the voltage level are detected as a signal.
You can evaluate signals between 0 V
Signals from 0 V
whereas signals from +2.0 V
as High . You can respond to signals and trigger actions
in the LSM.
The RouterNode 2 digitises the voltage level and
compares the values with a threshold value. You can
configure this threshold value in the WaveNet Manager

Meaning
Potential-free relay output: Nor-
mally Closed (NC). This output is
electrically connected to output
01.COM in the idle state.
Potential-free relay output: Nor-
mally Open (NO). This output is
electrically connected to output
01.COM when energised.
Potential-free relay output: Com-
mon (COM). This output is either
connected to output 01.NC or
01.NO, depending on the switching
state of the relay.
