CLEANING AND STORAGE
IT IS IMPORTANT TO FOLLOW THE CLEANING AND STORAGE SPECIFICATIONS SO AS TO ENSURE THE CORRECT OPERATION
OF THE EQUIPMENT AND TO PREVENT THE INCIDENTS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 7. TROUBLESHOOTING TABLE
Follow the specifications in the photos in Section [3] for cleaning and storing the equipment.
• ALWAYS CLEAN the equipment before storage or after use (never leave the pump with chemicals inside for more than 8
hours). For a complete cleaning, operate the knapsack sprayer with clean water (Figure 3.1).
• To extend the correct operation and the useful life of the sprayer, it is important to use and clean the filters using a
brush with plenty of water, never sharp objects. To do this, first remove the battery (Figure 3.2). See the location of the
filters in the Figure 3.3. To clean the suction filter Ref. 1251, the filter is disassembled by pulling it, never disassemble
by unscrewing it.
• For the exterior cleaning of the equipment, use a damp cloth with neutral soap. Never clean with pressurised water.
• Store the equipment empty and out of reach of children in a clean, dry place, away from direct sunlight and excess heat
and cold (between 5°C and 30°C) (Figure 3.4). (See battery storage in Section 6. Battery).
