Cause
• The appliance is not plugged
in.
• The socket is defective.
• The glass jug is not properly
placed underneath the outlet.
• The
button for mild coffee
has been pressed.
• Too little ground coffee was
used.
• The ground coffee outlet is
open.
• The device is defective.
Corrective action
• Plug the appliance into the socket.
• Check the socket with a different
appliance.
• Check that the glass jug is
properly positioned on the
hotplate, pushing the outlet valve
up.
• Press the
button for normal/
strong coffee.
• Fill in more ground coffee.
