Double Chain Pull Instructions
1. Start by securing hook-end of chain in slot of chain plate.
2. Thread plain end of chain through holes in other chain plate.
3. Loop chain around piece to be pulled.
4. Complete loop by securing chain in other slot of chain plate.
5. Repeat steps 1-4 using another chain and starting with the other chain plate.
There are 3 things you can do to keep your Maintenance Set in good operating condition:
1. Keep it clean. Do not allow dirt to build up on moving parts or to enter the system
through uncovered couplers. Use dust covers on couplers when not in use. Keep
cylinder retracted when not in use.
2. Keep pump reservoir full of clean oil. Drain all oil and refill with clean Enerpac oil
every 12 months. Change oil more often under dirty environmental conditions. Fill
reservoir only to level mark shown on pump–do not over-fill.
3. Keep the pump lubricated. Lubricate the beam pin, cross pin, and piston head
regularly to extend pump life and improve performance. Use roller bearing grease.
