Do not exceed capacity or stroke of cylinder. When using cylinder with
attachments, never exceed 5,000 psi and avoid using more than 80% of the
cylinder stroke. The cylinder saddle or attachment must fully engage the load and
not be partially engaged in any way. Do not lift off-center loads. Failure to observe
this warning will lead to personal injury and/or equipment damage.
CONNECTING CYLINDER AND ATTACHMENTS
Adapting Cylinder
WARNING
Use the threaded base attachment and the threaded adaptor saddle to connect
attachments to your cylinder.
Use screws provided to secure base attachment to cylinder.
Cylinder accepts screw-in attachments.
Thread adaptor saddle into plunger end of the cylinder to accept
female adaptors and attachments. Do not remove collar thread
protector unless using collar thread attachments.

IMPORTANT: Be sure threads are fully engaged. Adaptor

saddle should only be hand tightened. Do not use tools for
tightening.
REMEMBER! All loads must be transferred to the face of the
plunger. The threads in the plunger will be stripped if loaded.
Threads are only for securing the attachment.
