XHAUST AND BALANCE PIPES

:
ISASSEMBLY
•
Unscrew the 2 nuts "A" with ring nut retaining washers
"B" on the heads;
•
Remove the ring nut "B"
•
Remove the gasket "C".
•
Loosen the clamps "D" on the connection between
the exhaust pipes, the expansion chamber and the
balance pipe;
•
Remove the exhaust pipe "E" and the balance pipe
"F".
NOTE
Before reassembly, check and, if necessary,
change gaskets "C" and "G".
WARNING
Plug the exhaust ducts on the head to avoid
foreign bodies from getting into the combustion
chamber.

EASSEMBLY
•
Fit the exhaust pipe into the relevant coupling on the
expansion chamber, position gasket "G" and fit also
pipe "F";
•
Fit the gasket between the manifold and the exhaust;
•
Position the ring-nut "B" in its position and tighten the
2 nuts with washer to the specified torque;
•
Tighten the connecting clamps "D" on expansion
chamber and on pipe "F".
