Cleaning and maintenance
Remove the mains plug and allow the device to cool down. Do not immerse the
device in water, but rather clean them with a damp cloth with a little washing-up
fluid and then dry off.
Do not use any sharp and abrasive cleaning agents.
You can remove the lid for easy cleaning. To remove the lid, press on the button
on the handle and pull the lid upwards into position 2 until the lid unlocks. Then
pull the lid upwards to remove it.
When you re-fit the lid make sure that you first place it in position 1 and then
lock it into place in position 2.
The strainer insert in the pour spout can be removed for cleaning when the lid is
open. To do so, press its upper clip upward. When inserting, place the strainer in
the middle of the base and then snap it forward into place.
