3 Tomatoes
1/2 Clove garlic
Salt, pepper, vinegar and virgin olive oil
Preparation:
1. Dice the tomatoes and place them in a blender.
Add 3 tbsp oil, 1/2 tbsp vinegar, a pinch of salt and
1/2 clove garlic. Blend and then strain the mixture.
2. Clean the anchovies. Remove the fillets and
season.
3. Turn the thermostat to position 4 and add a little
oil.
4. Place the anchovies on the plate, skin side up
first.
5. Place the tomato sauce on a large plate and
serve the anchovies on the side
