INITIAL SET UP AND OPERATION

Before using the device, make sure that the blades are oiled to prevent damage
to the device. The blades are already oiled at the factory, but it is recommended
to check this before first use.

Before use, make sure that the clipper blades are sharp to avoid injury to the
animal by pulling out hairs.

To reduce dulling of the clipper blades, clean the animal' s coat thoroughly before
each clipping.
7.1
SWITCHING THE CLIPPER ON AND OFF
1. Make sure that the on/off switch (3) is pushed towards the battery (4).
2. To switch on the clipper, slide the on/off switch (3) towards the clipper head.

Only use the device with correctly inserted and sharp clipper blades.

Do not use the device for longer than the maximum continuous use specified.
Allow the device to rest for at least 10 minutes afterwards.
3. To switch off the clipper, slide the on/off switch (3) towards the battery (4).

section 9.1 and section 7.4.
7.2
ADJUSTING THE BLADES
Before use, the tension of the blades should be set correctly. If the tension between the clipper
blades is too low, hair will collect between them, making clipping much more difficult.
1. Switch off the clipper.
2. To adjust the blades, turn the tensioning nut (2) tightly until the first resistance is felt (Fig. 1).
