FAULT
The ice cubes freeze into
one block
The ice has an unusual
flavor or color
POSSIBLE CAUSE
If the ice is not consumed frequently, it is
possible that blocks of ice may form.
When the ice maker is started for the first
time, it is recommended to empty out the
first full tray of ice cubes.
If the refrigerator was switched off for more
than one month or if the cartridge was not
changed for more than six months, it could
be necessary to replace the filter cartridge.
RESOLUTION
Remove the block of ice cubes, the ice
maker will resume operation normally
If the problem persists, contact a plumber
or a water treatment expert to make sure
that the fault is not due to the water supply.
