10.1 Possible Faults / Troubleshooting
Fault
Vaporizer cannot be
switched on.
LED display flashes
alternately red/blue.
LED display flashes blue.
LED display flashes
alternately red/green.
LED display flashes
alternately red/orange.
10.2 In Case of Faults
Do not attempt to repair the dama-

ge yourself. This will void the war-
ranty.
X Switch off the Vaporizer immedi-
ately.
X Disconnect the Vaporizer from the
power source.
X Contact our Service Center directly.
X Send the defective Vaporizer to our
Service Center for repair.

Possible Cause/Remedy
Make sure that the battery is charged.
Battery temperature is either too high or too low.
Let the Vaporizer either cool down or warm up.
Battery is empty. Connect the Power Adapter or Car
Charger.
The USB-C Cable is not suitable. Use the supplied
USB-C Cable.
The Vaporizer is faulty.

X After the warranty period, dis-

pose of an irreparable Vaporizer
through the material cycle or
send it to our Service Center for
disposal.
