Replay only through the front or rear speakers:
• The fader control is wrongly adjusted. Adjust the fader control.
• Speaker connection has come loose. Remove the car radio and/or speakers and check the
connections.
In radio operation hardly any stations can be received:
• The aerial is not pulled out completely. Pull out the aerial to its full length.
• The aerial connection has come loose. Remove the device and check the connection.
• The aerial is defective. Check the connection, grounding and the aerial itself.
Problems during radio and USB/memory card mode:
• Interferences reach the device via the positive line. Install an additional interference suppression coil
into the positive line.
• If necessary also equip the vehicle with spark-plug suppressor sockets, distributor arms, etc.
• Poor ground connection. Check the ground connection, use a different ground connection if necessary.
When you press a station button, you only hear hissing:
• No station has been programmed. Program the stations as described above.
• The continuous positive line is not connected, or has come loose. Connect or check the continuous
positive line as explained in the instructions or check whether the cable is correctly connected. Check
the fuse.
The device no longer responds to buttons pressed and displays unintelligible characters:
• Reset the device to factory settings using the RESET function.
Any repairs other than those described above must be carried out by an approved specialist.
