Operating problems

PROBLEMS
The appliance is not working.
The appliance is properly
connected but does not work.
My middle preparations have
gone wrong.
I am making milk desserts
(prog 3). The appliance started
and suddenly the
indicator
started flashing and the
appliance starting beeping
intermittently.
The appliance stopped after
beeping during the cycle.
A lot of steam is coming from
the appliance.
The preparations do not turn out
well.
I used the wrong programme.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
• Connection.
• Technical problem.
• You have put the support for
the pots the wrong way round.
• There is no water in the base
of the appliance.
• There is no more water in the
base of the appliance.
• The pot support or the
appliance lid is not positioned
properly.
• Incorrect programme chosen.
RESOLUTION
• First check the appliance
connection.
• Contact your dealer or a SEB
approved service centre.
• Put the support in place for
suspending the pots.
• Stop the appliance and add
water to the base as indicated
in the instructions.
Wait 2 or 3 minutes and start
the process again.
• Open the product carefully
covering your fingers with a
towel or use oven gloves and
add water.
• Properly position the pot
support or lid.
• Check that the right programme
was used according to the type
of preparation desired.
• Hold down the
key to return
to the initial menu.
