You will find several recipes for milk desserts in the recipe book supplied with the
appliance.
Start the appliance
• Fill the base of the appliance with water up to the MAX level
• Place the support on the base of the appliance
• Suspend the pots with the preparation without their lids on the support
• Close the lid over the product
• Plug in the appliance.
• Choose the "Milk dessert" programme
• Confirm the programme using the key
• Select the cooking time from the recipe using the buttons + and –.
• Confirm by pressing the button
• The cycle starts
• At any time, you can interrupt the cooking process and return to the program selection by
pressing continuously on
Note :
During cooking you can adjust the time using the + and – keys.
The new time is registered automatically after a few seconds.

If you don't want to use all the pots every time, you must block the
unused holes with an empty pot for the 6 pot version or the pot lids

This will not affect the yoghurt fermentation time.
