End of cycle and cooling
• A beep indicates the end of the cycle. Press
allow you to return to the menu. It is possible to add time by pressing the + or – key and
confirming with the key
• Do not put the hot preparation in the refrigerator. Follow the recipe for instructions on how to
preserve the preparation.
Conservation
• The milk desserts must be kept chilled and once they have been made
they must be eaten quickly.
Important:
Many milk dessert recipes are prepared with eggs. To avoid any risks, you should always
use fresh eggs in your recipes.
Maintenance

• Always unplug the appliance before cleaning it
• Never place or submerge the appliance body in water. Clean with a wet
cloth and hot soapy water. Rinse carefully and dry.

• The tray and the lid of the appliance can be cleaned with warm soapy
water.
• To clean the inside of the pot, a simple wipe with a sponge will suffice –
do not use the abrasive side of the sponge as this will damage the
appliance. Do not use abrasive cleaning products. Never place or
submerge the appliance body in water.
• To descale the base of your appliance, fill the base to the MAX level with
white vinegar. Leave to stand for one hour then rinse the base using tap
water.
