(1) CUE button
Each time you start playback, the player sets a CUE point.
Press the CUE button during playback to return to the CUE point and pause playback.
Press and hold the CUE button at the CUE point to start playback from the CUE point.
Release the CUE button to return to the CUE point and pause playback.
(2) PLAY/PAUSE button 63
Press this button to start/pause playback.
During playback, this button remains lit; the button flashes while playback is paused.
(3) SEARCH button
Use this button to set the JOG WHEEL to SEARCH mode.
In SEARCH mode, use the JOG WHEEL to move to an exact point in the respective song.
Turn the JOG WHEEL in PLAYBACK mode to mute the output signal.
Turn the JOG WHEEL in PAUSE mode to unmute the output signal.
(4) SCRATCH button
Use this button to set the JOG WHEEL to SCRATCH mode.
In SCRATCH mode, use the JOG WHEEL to create an effect similar to turntable scratching.
This effect is active during PAUSE and PLAYBACK mode.
(5) BRAKE button
Use this button to activate the BRAKE effect.
When this effect is active, pushing the PLAY/PAUSE button does not stop playback abruptly. Instead, the
playback speed is reduced/increased slowly similar to starting/stopping a turntable.
(6) PITCH BEND +/- buttons
Use these buttons to briefly change the playback speed by +/-16%.
The change in speed is active as long as the button is held.
(7) REVERSE button
Use this button to activate the REVERSE effect.
Playback is reversed while the button is lit.
