FAQ
■ Drive is not running:
• Check the building fuses and power supply.
• Motor connection completed correctly?
• Remote contol programmed to drive?
• Check batteries in remote contol.
• The drive has overheated and switched off. After approx. 15 - 20 minutes cooling time, the drive is ready for use again.
■ Drive cannot find the end position:
• The drive is not installed. As a result, the limit switch does not turn.
• The adapter ring on the motor that operates the limit switch does not rotate or is not mounted.
■ Drive is buzzing and not running:
• The drive ring at the end of the motor has come loose or has not been attached.
• The motor does not turn because the roller shutter is jammed.
• The motor is not receiving enough power due to a poor power supply.
• Remove locks, handles or stoppers on the roller shutter.
■ The building fuse has tripped:
• Wrong power connection?
• Line damage?
■ The drive is loud:
• Close the roller shutter box.
• Drive has play in axial (shaft) direction. The roller shutter hanging or the shaft bearing is bad and produces the noise. It is necessary
to change the guide rails or attachment to the shaft.
• Wall bearing poor.
■ The drive does not unwind cleanly from the open position:
• The end position OPEN is too high. Set the roller shutter 3-5cm lower.
• The inlet funnel at the top end of the guide rail is missing or bent.
• The final position of the roller shutter has changed upwards, because the blind is winding shorter.
• Guide rails are bad, lubricate if necessary.
