CONNECTING ROLLER SHUTTER DRIVE
Only qualified personnel may carry out work on

All standards and regulations applicable to
electrical installation must be followed.
When operating electrical or electronic systems and equip-
ment, certain components are under dangerous electrical volt-
age. Unqualified intervention or failure to observe the warnings
may result in personal injury or property damage.
BATTERY GUARD, REMOTE CONTOL
Before starting, make sure that the battery guard has been removed from the supplied
remote contol (Fig. 10) in order to be able to start operating the roller shutter drive.
CHANGE THE DIRECTION OF ROTATION
To ensure that the roller shutter moves in the direction of OPEN and/or CLOSED, it
must be ensured that the OPEN/CLOSE buttons are correctly assigned.
Press the OPEN button . The motor turns in the direction of OPEN. You can then start
setting the end positions.
If this does not happen, then it must be adjusted using method 1 or 2, below.
Method 1
Activate the learn button on the back of the remote contol 6 x (Fig. 11) and then
press the STOP button (Fig. 12). The motor confirms this input by briefly turning once
in one direction. The roller shutter drive has changed the direction of rotation.
Test:
If you press the OPEN button, the drive must move in the direction of OPEN.
Method 2
Press the red button on the motor for about 3 seconds (Fig. 13). The motor confirms
this input with a short turn once in one direction. The roller shutter drive has changed
the direction of rotation
Test:
Press the OPEN button. The drive must move in the direction of OPEN.
