7. INSTALLATION
The device can be table or wall-mounted.
If you place the device on an even surface, use the removable housing part on the back for improving the
vertical stability.
Mounting the device on a wall:
• Bore a hole (diameter 6 mm, depth 28 mm) in the wall. Ensure prevention of damage to electric cables or
lines in the wall.
• Insert a dowel into the bored hole.
• Turn a screw into the dowel. Do not screw it in completely, but allow a small gap between screw head and
dowel.
• Slide the hook (10) in the gap. Ensure that the device is securely suspended.
The VOC reading of the HygroCube 100 is based on a chemical reaction in the sensor housing.
Therefore, place the HygroCube at a well-ventilated place to obtain plausible readings.
