General product maintenance
Do a complete servicing and
cleaning of the product.
To clean the product
•
Always clean all the equipment after use. Use a
vacuum cleaner.
•
Do not use a high-pressure washer to clean the
product.
•
Keep the air openings clean and clear to make sure
that the product always has sufficient air flow.
To clean the chain of the drive system
1. Remove dirt on the outer surface of the chain with a
hard brush or wire brush.
2. Clean the chain with cleaning agent.
3. Remove dirt from internal parts of the chain.
To replace the control cage
1. Remove the feed spout.
2. Remove the 2 nuts, the 4 washers, the 2 cage
clamps and the control cage.
3. Install the control cage in the opposite sequence.

To replace the blastwheel
1. Remove the feed spout and the control cage. Refer
To replace the control cage on page 21 .

2. Remove the 3 nuts, the control cage lever, the 4
washers and the blastwheel cover.
3. Put an applicable tool in the blastwheel to prevent
rotation. Remove the bolt and discard it.
