Refrigerator compartment defrosts automatically.
The defrosted water flows down to a drip tray located at the back of the
appliance and is evaporated automatically.
Defrosting the freezer compartment
The freezer compartment should be defrosted regularly.
Defrost the freezer compartment whenever the thickness of ice layer reaches
10mm.
1. Set the temperature control knob to the 0 position and unplug the appliance
before defrosting.
2. Take out foods and drawers from the freezer compartment and keep these
foods in a cool place.
3. Use a plastic scraper (not supplied) to remove the ice.
4. To speed up the process, place a bowl of warm water in the freezer
compartment.
5. Clean and reload the freezer compartment after defrosting.
6. Plug in the appliance and adjust the temperature control knob as desired.
7. Put the frozen food and drawers back in the freezer compartment.
