Maintenance:

The unit must be inspected before each use and at least once a
year by a certified gas fitter.
• Check the gas hose for cracks or wear regularly. At the first signs
of aging and or leakage replace the hose immediately.
• The gas hose needs to be replaced in prescribed intervals. Check
local regulations.

Clean the burner regularly with a dry cloth or soft brush; remove
any (soot) deposits in the openings of the burner. Do not use hard
tools such as awl or screwdriver.
•
For obstinate dirt you can clean the burner and the area around
the burner with a soapy water solution and a soft brush.
Care and storage:
• Periodically clean the burner with a dry cloth or soft brush.

• For stubborn dirt, you can clean the burner and the area around
it with a soap solution and a soft brush.
• Hardened stains, discoloration and rust spots can occur due to
harsh outdoor conditions.
• Be careful not to allow powders or solvents to come into contact
with components made of plastic or painted parts, as damage to
them may result.
• Store the fireplace in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
and exposure to moisture.
• Cover your fireplace with the protective hood when you are not
using it.
