Placing:
Your Clifton has been designed and approved for outdoor use only.
Indoor use is not allowed. Please place the product so that it is protected
from elemental damage.
Safety:
•
The appliance may only be used as described in the following
instructions, other use is not permitted.
•
In case of improper use or not following the safety instructions
any liability is rejected and the guarantee will not apply.
•
The Clifton may only be used by adults. Use under the influence
of alcohol, drugs and/or other drugs, or when not in good mental
and or physical condition is strongly discouraged.
•
The Clifton can get hot during use. Do not touch the hot surfaces,
keep children away from the unit and watch out with flammable
clothing when in use.
•
Do not place flammable materials or liquids in the vicinity of the
gas fire.
•
Minimum clearance from unit to combustible material:
72" (182.9cm) from the top: 36" (91.5cm) from all sides and back
•
Never leave, during use, the Clifton unattended.
• In case of severe storm particular attention must be taken against
tilting of the appliance.
•
Never move the Clifton fire place when in use.
•
The Clifton has been developed and certified as a heater and
should only be used as such.
•
Improper use, improper installation, -maintenance or
modifications can cause damage to your property, personal injury
or even loss of life.
