10. Charge battery. The battery can be charged
via the powerchair by inserting the charger into
the socket on the underside of the joystick. The
battery can also be charged when removed from
the powerchair. (See section 8.2 for details.)
11. Switch the powerchair on using the joystick.
Ensure the charger is removed before operation.
12. Moving the controller for attendant control:
If you need an attendant to control the chair, the controller
can be moved to the upper bar of the backrest. Please
use the fixing kit provided by Drive Devilbiss Healthcare
and refer to the assembly instructions.
