Do NOT put the uppermost glass of the tower into
the dishwasher. This may cause scratches in the
glass; it may also damage the coating on the base.
Wipe the surface with a damp cloth. (the same is
true for the hob glass).
Turn the glass a quarter of a turn to the right to be able to
remove the glass from the tower. The 2 metal grease filters can
now be pushed up from the tower. If desired, the entire tower
including grease filters can also be cleaned in the dishwasher.
The filter can be cleaned as follows:
– In the dishwasher
INFO: Clean the grease filters using a standard
dishwashing programme at low temperature.
– By hand: Immerse the filter in a mixture of boiling water and
grease-cutting dishwashing liquid. Use warm water to rinse
the filter under the tap, then leave it to dry.
WARNING: If the instructions described above are
not followed, residue in the filter may cause a fire.
After cleaning:
– Place the filters and the glass back onto the tower.
– Place the tower back into the opening.
– Press the button
and hold for 2 seconds.
– Press the
key for three seconds.
