Initial operation
To ensure correct initial operation, please read these operating
instructions and the safety instructions carefully before using the
device.
Setup
Do not place your complete PA set in the direct vicinity of screens
such as television sets or computer monitors. The magnetic fields
generated by the loudspeakers may distort the image.
When setting up the satellite loudspeakers, make sure that they
have a stable footing and that the set-up place is correspondingly
stable.
Serious injury to persons can be caused if the loudspeakers fall
down.
It is not permitted to suspend the loudspeakers from the carrying
handles or any other fittings.
If the satellite speakers are put on tripods, these have to be robust
and suitable for the weight of the speakers.
• Roll the complete PA set to the installation location.
• Tip the subwoofer forwards so the sound opening is facing the audience.
• Set up the satellite loudspeakers. They can also be equipped with loudspeaker
pedestals. A speaker flange that can hold a pedestal for a satellite loudspeaker is
provided on the top of the subwoofer.
• If possible, the subwoofer and satellite loudspeakers should be placed on the
same level, facing the listeners. This will prevent sound problems.
